A portion of the main footage from the movie "Tore!" (released January 16, 2026), starring actress Runa Nakajima, was released on November 29th.
The film is a coming-of-age horror directed and written by Kouichi, a popular video creator on the YouTube channel "kouichitv." Nakajima plays the protagonist, Misaki Sato, a third-year high school student. Other cast members include influencer Maikichi, actors Masanari Wada, Mao Miyaji, and Megumi Okina.
Misaki (Nakajima), a third-year high school student, and her best friend Satsuki (Maikichi) post a video on a video sharing site hoping to make a quick fortune, but when a ghost-like object accidentally appears in the video, it instantly goes viral. However, as the video goes viral, the two earn advertising revenue and their video escalates. They end up being possessed by a "god" dressed in traditional Japanese clothing and with a mask-like face... This is the story.
The newly released footage begins with Misaki waking up from her sleep to a flood of notification sounds on her smartphone. Confused by the never-ending ringing of notifications, Misaki receives a call from Satsuki saying, "Hey, something terrible has happened!"
