Actress Mio Imada will grace the cover of the June issue of women's fashion magazine "25ans" (Hearst Fujingahosha), which goes on sale on April 28. In the regular edition, she wears a refreshing white shirt and beret, while in the special edition, in which she appears with actor Takumi Kitamura, she shows off a mature look in a black outfit with gold-toned accessories.
In the interview, Imada talks about episodes from the filming of the NHK morning drama "Asadora," in which she plays the heroine. "We've been filming for over six months since we started filming in September last year, so we've been able to see a side of (my co-star) Kitamura-san that we've never seen before, like him making everyone laugh with his jokes," she reveals.
She also said, "I often play strong-willed women, so people often see me as a reliable person.It's true that I can't move forward unless I'm satisfied with everything, but on the other hand, I also tend to be haphazard and careless (laughs)."
