It has been revealed that the title of the latest film in the popular anime series " Detective Conan, " based on the manga by Gosho Aoyama , will be " Detective Conan: Fallen Angel of the Highway." It will be released on April 10, 2026.
A teaser visual drawn by the original author, Aoyama, has also been released. At the center of the image is Hagiwara Chihaya and Edogawa Conan riding police motorcycles. Chihaya, who will be appearing in the film for the first time, is a police motorcycle officer from the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Traffic Mobile Unit, whom Ran calls the "Goddess of the Wind" when they first meet. In the trailer released in August, it was also announced that Miyuki Sawashiro will be playing Chihaya, a role previously played by the late Tanaka Atsuko.

"Detective Conan" is a manga that depicts Conan Edogawa solving difficult cases one after another, and began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan) in 1994. The total number of comics published has exceeded 270 million copies. The TV anime has been broadcast since 1996, and the first movie, "Detective Conan: The Time Bombed Skyscraper," was released in 1997.
The 28th movie in the series, "Detective Conan: One-Eyed Flashback," released this year, has grossed over 14.6 billion yen, breaking the 10 billion yen mark for the third consecutive year, and has set new records for the second consecutive year, becoming the first Japanese film to do so, attracting over 10 million viewers.
