The first episode of Fuji TV's "Monday Getsuku " drama "Yandoku!" starring Kanna Hashimoto was broadcast on January 12th. Hashimoto's character, former delinquent turned doctor Tagami Koonami, was well-received by viewers, who commented that she was "not just cute, but cool too."

From her first day at work at the Tokyo Metropolitan Odaiba Bayside Medical Center, Koonami scares everyone around her by shouting in a gruff Gifu dialect, "Enough already! You fool!". With the positive mindset of a former delinquent, she charges ahead and carefully interacts with patients.
One day, the neurosurgery department was discussing an emergency patient who had been hit by a car and suffered a severe head injury during the fall, and who may have been suffering from an impending cerebral herniation. The patient's brainstem function may have already declined, and neurosurgeon Otomo (Takuma Otoo) suggested that it would be more practical to send the patient to another hospital, saying, "Even if we decompress the brainstem, can we maintain the heartbeat? This is not about resuscitation, but about prolonging life. I don't think there's any point in going that far."
Koonha snapped at Otomo, "Enough already! Take it!" He explained that if the brainstem reflexes hadn't disappeared there was a chance that the patient could be saved, and declared, "If you give up and leave that possibility open, you're not a doctor!" He offered to perform the surgery himself, and was shown fuming, saying, "I'm putting my life on the line for this job!"
