Advertising for the manga "Thank You Pitch"

The results of the "Next Manga Awards 2025" (sponsored by the KADOKAWA Group), which decides the grand prize through recommendations and votes from manga fans, were announced on September 18th, with Sumiyoshi Kyu's baseball manga "Thank You Pitch," currently serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+," taking first place in the web manga category. To commemorate this, an advertisement featuring Ogata Takahiro of the comedy trio "Panther" was launched on September 19th to express gratitude to readers who voted.

"Thank You Pitch" is a baseball manga that began serialization in "Shonen Jump+" in September 2024. The main character, a pitcher, has a unique restriction of only being able to throw three balls at full power per day, and since the beginning of the series, it has been a hot topic on social media as "a baseball manga like no other you've ever read."

The latest volume 3 of the comic will be released on October 3rd.
