It has been announced that "Solo Leveling" has been selected as Anime of the Year at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2025, hosted by Crunchyroll, a major American anime distribution service.
"Lookback" was awarded Film of the Year, while "Attack on Titan" was selected for the Global Impact Award, a new award established this year.
The Crunchyroll Anime Awards, which celebrate and honor outstanding anime and creators of the year, began in 2017. The winners are selected by a panel of judges and votes from anime fans around the world. The 2025 awards received a record 51 million votes from anime fans around the world.
