Ahead of the 2024-25 UEFA Champions League final tournament playoffs, WOWOW will live stream a special program, "A thorough preview just before the UEFA Champions League final tournament playoffs," on the WOWOW Soccer official YouTube channel from 8:00 p.m. on February 10th.
WOWOW will be broadcasting the UEFA Champions League live from the league phase to the finals. The tournament format has changed significantly this season, with the top eight teams at the end of the league phase advancing to the round of 16, and the playoffs for the remaining eight spots will begin on February 12th.
Using a formation board, commentators Yasunaga Sotaro and announcer Yokouchi Hiroki will provide an in-depth preview of the most anticipated playoff matches, including the match between Manchester City and Real Madrid, the most anticipated playoff match, and the match between Feyenoord, which features Japanese national team player Ueda Ayase, and AC Milan.
