The fourth episode of the TBS drama series "Take Me to the End of Hell" (Tuesdays at 11:56 p.m., except in some regions), starring the talent Nozomi Sasaki, was broadcast on February 4th. It depicted Reina (played by Nagisa Shibuya) committing a new crime, which caused a stir on social media.

Sachiko (Sasaki) was looking for an opportunity to get revenge on Reina. She witnessed Reina pointing a knife at Kokoro (Shibata Haruno). Sachiko realized that Reina's assumption that "her child is special" was wrong, and she reconsidered her plan with the help of a mysterious accomplice, Komi.
Reina doesn't show any interest in Kokoro's first betrayal, but the moment Makoto (Yuki Inoue) comes home, she starts to tell him about Kokoro's betrayal with a big smile. Sachiko thinks that Makoto is Reina's weakness. Sachiko and Komi try to break up the two by revealing Reina's true identity to Makoto, but...
Reina is given a goldfish in an aquarium as a gift from fellow influencer Tomomi (Yurina Yanagi). Afterwards, Tomomi is asked by Sachiko to do a surprise birthday celebration for Reina, and happily discusses it with Makoto, but Reina, who saw them, presses them on what they were talking about when they left their seats.
Tomomi quickly lied about the surprise celebration. However, after Tomomi and the others left, Reina took the goldfish from the tank in the kitchen and put it in the blender. While Sachiko was secretly taking pictures of the scene with her smartphone from a distance, Reina turned on the blender.
On social media, many people expressed their horror at Reina's violent act. Comments such as "Her psychopathic acting is too scary," "This might be the most disgusting thing I've seen recently," and "The goldfish are seriously traumatic."
Also, at the end of the episode, Sachiko visits Makoto's flower shop and shows him the recorded footage of Reina's brutal act. Makoto, who had been watching the video dispassionately, stops it without a word, closes the door to the shop, and asks Sachiko, "I'm sorry, but could you please stop working for us?", causing an uproar on social media. Comments such as "I'm not sure what Makoto is doing anymore," "Does Makoto know about Reina and is trying to separate them to protect her?" and "Makoto, do you really know from the beginning?" were posted.
