The making-of videos for the movie "Frontline" (directed by Sekine Mitsutoshi), starring actor Shun Oguri, have been released. There are six making-of videos, each showing the main cast, including Tori Matsuzaka Tori as Tatematsu, Ikematsu Sosuke as Sanada, Mori Nana as Hatori, Yuki Sakurai as Ueno, and Kubozuka Yosuke as Sendo, all in the middle of filming.
"Frontline" is the first Japanese film to be based on an original script and a fact-based story about the COVID-19 pandemic that humanity has experienced on a global scale. The film is set on the luxury cruise ship "Diamond Princess," which arrived at Yokohama Port on February 3, 2020 and was the first to experience a mass infection of COVID-19 in Japan, and depicts the events that took place from that day until February 21, when all passengers had disembarked.
