The final chapter of the second part of Tatsuki Fujimoto's popular manga "Chainsaw Man" was released on March 25th on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+", marking the end of the second part. It was also announced that the final volume, volume 24, of the manga will be released on June 4th.
"Chainsaw Man" is a dark hero action series depicting the adventures of Denji, a boy who harbors a devil within him, as he works as a devil hunter. Part 1 was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from December 2018 to December 2020. Part 2 began serialization in "Shonen Jump+" in July 2022. The cumulative circulation of the comic books exceeds 35 million copies.
The TV anime aired from October to December 2022. The theatrical anime film "Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc" was released in September 2025 and became a huge hit, grossing over 10.7 billion yen. The production of "Chainsaw Man: Assassin Arc," a sequel to "Reze Arc," has also generated considerable buzz.
