NHK General's "The Century of Images: The Butterfly Effect" (Mondays at 10 PM) will air "The Memory of the Holocaust and a Shaking World" on June 22nd. The Holocaust, in which 6 million Jews were murdered. Germany bears the burden of its perpetration, and America, burdened by guilt for not being able to save them, has supported Israel. The program traces the heavy memories carried by these two countries.

"Never again will we repeat the Holocaust." It is with this vow that Germany and the United States have supported the Jewish state of Israel.
