The synopsis and still images for episode 10 of the drama series "Galaxy Vote" (Kansai TV/Fuji TV, Mondays at 10 PM), starring actress Haru Kuroki, have been released. The episode will air on June 22nd.
The Tokyo gubernatorial election has begun. Akari's (Noro Kayoko) campaign is making headlines with its campaign vehicle featuring legendary voice actress Mitsuru (Noriko Hidaka) as the campaign announcer. Meanwhile, Ryusei's (Kohei Matsushita) campaign is focusing on solidifying organized votes through personal rallies targeting supporting organizations.
Ryusei is handed some documents by his secretary, Subaru (Yuki Kura). They are an "accusatory letter," an investigative report concerning the head of the medical school, whom Takaomi (played by Yajuro Bando) is alleged to have "killed."
The next day, "Team Akari" traveled to a remote island in Tokyo for a campaign speech. Akari, who had been communicating remotely with the islanders through Hotaru (Shishido Kafka), was warmly welcomed.
During an interview, Amamiya (Toko Miura) told Mari (Kuroki) something concerning about the "letter of accusation." Apparently, a few days earlier, Igarashi (Iwatani Kenji) had summoned her and warned her not to touch it any further.
As Mari expresses her desire to know the truth, Igarashi makes a proposal that will significantly impact the upcoming election campaign. Furthermore, a certain person suddenly visits Akari's office.
The drama is an election entertainment series in which the protagonist, played by Kuroki, who has been ousted from the political world, becomes an election strategist and recruits a bar owner who is a political novice, as he takes on the Tokyo gubernatorial election.
