The five-member girl group "LE SSERAFIM" will be making their first appearance on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 p.m. on June 27th.
The group was formed in Korea in 2022 and is a five-member female group, including two Japanese members. The group's name means "I'm not afraid," and their positive attitude in facing any challenge has captured the hearts of fans around the world. In Japan, they have appeared on the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen for three consecutive years, and are also very popular in Asia and Europe, winning awards at the MTV Awards in the United States and Europe last year.
Yunjin, who grew up in the United States, was unable to attend this performance in order to focus on her back treatment, so the four of them performed together. Kuroyanagi was touched by the Korean members' earnest efforts to speak Japanese. Although they are in the middle of a world tour, their favorite things to do in Japan are "chicken wings" and "hot springs."
