It was also announced that the opening ambassadors will be the comedy duo Sandwichman, who have a regular program on the station, and violinist Chisako Takashima. Sandwichman's Date Mikio, who appeared on stage at the announcement, greeted the audience by saying, "We're TV Asahi kids." Takashima, not to be outdone, responded by saying, "I'm a real TV Asahi kid," and enthusiastically stated, "The number of people attending our concerts has increased since we appeared on 'Zawatsuku! (Friday)'. I'd like to take advantage of this opportunity to attract people of all ages and genders (laughs)."
It was also revealed that Shigeaki Kato of the popular group "NEWS" will be the original author, scriptwriter, and creative producer for the theater's opening performance, "AmberS." The play will star Kazuya Ohashi of " Naniwa Danshi " and Takuto Teranishi of "timelesz."
