The third series of socks, a collaboration between popular character Chiikawa and fashion brand Kutsushitaya, will be released on January 31st.
The collaborative socks this time are available in four types, each featuring the characters "Chiikawa," "Hachiware," and "Usagi." They feature subdued coloring and a design that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from adults to children.
The "Nasen Solid Socks" (1,870 yen) have a simple design with prints on both sides based on the character's image color. The "Amerib 2-Line Embroidered Socks" (1,870 yen) are cotton-blend ribbed socks with two lines and character embroidery, making them suitable for everyday use. The "Back Character Socks" (1,760 yen) feature a large character on the back, and the all-over pattern is made with mohair yarn, giving them a fluffy texture. The "Layered Style Solid Line Drawing Embroidered Socks" (1,760 yen) are layered-style socks with subtle line drawing embroidery on both outsides. Each is available in sizes from 22.5 to 24.5 cm.
The collaborative socks will be sold at participating Kutsushitaya, Kutsushitaya UPDATE, and Tabio stores nationwide (182 stores in total), as well as at the Tabio official online store.
