It has been announced that an apparel collection including hoodies, a collaboration between the TV anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End," based on a manga currently being serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan), and the fashion brand "GU," will be released at GU stores and online stores nationwide on December 13th. This is the first time that GU has collaborated with the series.
The collection is based on the theme of "Frieren's past and present memories," and includes a hoodie (2,990 yen) with a motif of the hero Himmel and his party, a sweatshirt (2,990 yen) with a motif of Frieren and his party, a sweatshirt (2,990 yen) inspired by Frieren's trunk and the magic that creates a flower field, a pouch (1,990 yen), and satin pajamas (3,990 yen) with a motif of blue moon grass. Also on sale are a hoodie (2,990 yen) and socks (390 yen) inspired by the battle scene with Aura on the guillotine, a sailor collar sweatshirt pullover (2,990 yen), bag (1,990 yen), and socks (390 yen) inspired by the scene where Frieren is nearly eaten by a Mimic.
The collection will be on display from November 29th at the Marronnier Gate Ginza store (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), Shibuya store (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), and other stores.
