Kentucky Fried Chicken Japan's new TV commercial, "At the Heart of Christmas for 40 Years," was released on December 1st. Actor Kento Kaku is in charge of the narration. The commercial song is Mariya Takeuchi's "Wonderful Holiday."
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the release of Kentucky's "Party Barrel," a product synonymous with Christmas. The new commercial looks back on the history of the "Party Barrel" over the past 40 years since its launch in 1985, along with the barrel design of the time. The commercial will air on the same day.
A 60-second version of the new commercial will be aired on Fuji TV's "FNS Music Festival" on December 3rd.
