Actor Kanna Hashimoto appeared as a special guest at the opening ceremony of the new Miffy-themed area "Miffy Wonder Square" held at the theme park "Huis Ten Bosch" in Sasebo, Nagasaki on June 19th. Hashimoto, who is known as a big fan of Miffy, appeared in a blue dress that matched Miffy's.

The dress had a button-down shirt-dress style design, and a belt was attached to mark the waist, adding a stylish touch. The orange ribbon around the collar added an accent.

Prior to the ceremony, Hashimoto was one of the first to experience Miffy Wonder Square, and commented, "It was really immersive, like I'd jumped into a picture book, and just being there was enough to satisfy me, but by riding the ride I could feel the breeze and enjoy the scenery, which I thought was really wonderful."

The new area was created in Amsterdam City, located in the center of Huis Ten Bosch, with the concept of "the dream holiday of Miffy and her friends." It will have two ride-type attractions, a permanent greeting facility, food and beverage facilities, and merchandise stores, and an indoor walk-through attraction will be available in the fall.
