The Jujutsu Kaisen TV anime series, based on the popular manga by Gege Akutami Akutami, which was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump, will be released on November 7th as part of a special edition of the Jujutsu Kaisen, Shibuya Incident Special Edition, and an advance screening of Culling Game . It was announced on November 7th that Koji Yusa will be appearing as a voice actor. The film will include a special edition of the second season of the anime, Shibuya Incident, as well as an advance screening of the first two episodes of the third season, Culling Game Part 1. Yusa will play Zen'in Naoya, who appears in Culling Game Part 1. On the same day, Yusa made a surprise appearance at the opening day stage greeting at TOHO Cinemas Shinjuku (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo), where he said, "Naoya is 'that', so I wanted to at least dress up properly to make a good impression."
Yusa said that he was cast to play Zen'in Naoya after an audition, and expressed his joy by saying, "It's normal to fail an audition, so I was happy that I passed." Regarding Zen'in Naoya, a fellow voice actor said, "I had heard that there was a role that Yusa might be interested in, and (when I saw Zen'in Naoya's appearance) I thought he was good-looking, so 'why not?' But then I heard he had a scumbag personality. When I thought that my colleagues thought I was the right person for the role, I felt happy, or rather, complicated. But still, I was very happy."
Also appearing at the event were Junya Enoki, who plays Yuji Itadori , Megumi Yuta Okkotsu , and Daisuke Namikawa , who plays Choso .
