On June 16th, Go Ayano and Ko Shibasaki appeared at the red carpet event for the film "Dechiage: The Man Called Murderous Teacher" (directed by Takashi Miike, scheduled for release on June 27th) held in Tokyo.
"Fabrication: The Man Called the Murderous Teacher" is a film adaptation of Masumi Fukuda's reportage "Fabrication: The Truth Behind the Fukuoka 'Murderous Teacher' Case" (Shinchosha), which was the first case in Japan 20 years ago where corporal punishment by a teacher was recognized as bullying of a student and made a serious crime.
