It has been announced that idol group Momoiro Clover Z (Momoclo) will be appearing for two consecutive weeks on BS11's anime song program, Anison Days. Momoclo's appearance on the program has become a tradition at the end of the year, and they will be appearing on the December 19th and 26th broadcasts. The members will look back on 2025, share "very personal news," talk about their participation in the Gundam series, and share their warm bond with MC Hiroko Moriguchi and sub-MC Mikio Sakai.
Moriguchi commented, "When Moclo comes, the show becomes happy. Just by entering the studio, the atmosphere brightens up. Not only are they great at singing and dancing, but the talk we hear every year is always entertaining. There's so much footage that the staff have trouble editing, in a good way (laughs). This year, I injured my leg, so I couldn't dance much in the usual collaboration corner, but Kanako, Shiorin, Aarin, and Reni danced with consideration for me, which was reassuring! It was nice to be able to feel the bonds that have been built up over the years."
Sakai said, "I look forward to having him appear every year. During the talk, we talked a lot about Shabu-Ya and food (laughs). I learned that he enjoys eating the same things as us, and it made me feel even closer to him."
Kanako Momota commented, "I'm grateful that every year I'm invited to this end-of-year party where Moriguchi-san and Mickey-san, as well as the band and staff, get together and talk about how the year was. This time it was "Tuxedo Mirage -ZZ ver.-," but there were songs that were performed on TV for the first time, collaborations, and so this show is a place where we get to experience "firsts." "Anison Days" airs every Friday at 8pm.
