Until now, the show depicted scenes of the two actually shopping and using cards, but in their fifth year together, the style has changed significantly. The filming was also done separately, and both said it was "refreshing."
In the interview video, when asked about the catchphrase "Shopping is a message," Ninomiya replied, "I want to choose something that will make me think, 'I received this from Nino,'" and Kawaguchi replied, "I think the time I spend thinking about the other person and choosing a present is also a kind of gift, and I like those times."
