The results of the "Star Scout General Election 2025 in Winter," an audition aimed at discovering "future stars," have been announced, with Yuna Omoto, a first-year junior high school student from Kyoto Prefecture, selected as the grand prize winner.
Omoto performed a rhythmic gymnastics ribbon routine in the second round of judging. She captivated the judges with her expressiveness and concentration. Her supple and sharp movements and her personality, which naturally brings smiles to the faces of those around her, are appealing. She was praised as a next-generation star who possesses "technique, presence, and humanity."
The Star Scout General Election is an audition for young people hoping to make their debut in the entertainment industry, with over 30 major talent agencies taking part. The runners-up were Ohashi Momoka, a fourth-grader, and Wakamatsu Yamato, 19.
