The 47th episode of the NHK Taiga drama " UNBOUND (Berabou) " (General TV, Sundays at 8pm and others), starring actor Ryusei Yokohama , titled "Manju Scary", was broadcast on December 7th, and viewers responded to the preview for the final episode (episode 48) that was released after the main program.
" UNBOUND (Berabou)" is the 64th taiga drama and depicts the life of Tsutaya Juzaburo(or "Tsutajyu" for short), who is said to have laid the foundations for Japan's media industry and pop culture. The script was written by Yoshiko Morishita, who is known for her work on the highly talked-about "Drama 10: Ooku," which aired on NHK two years ago.
The subtitle of the final episode (episode 48) is "Tsutaju Eiga's Dream Story" and will be broadcast on December 14th.
After reopening the store, Tsutaju (Yokohama-san) continued to sell Sharaku art, and later expanded into the field of Japanese studies, working energetically as a bookseller.
However, one day, Tsutaju falls ill with beriberi. Despite the concern of Tei (AI Hashimoto Ai) and Utamaro (Sometani Shota), he pushes through his illness and continues to create works with his friends, including Masanori (Furukawa Yudai), Shigemasa (Jun Hashimoto), Nanpo (Kenta Kiritani), and Kisanji (Omi Toshinori), and cultivate the world with calligraphy.
Then one night, Tsutae has a strange dream... and the story unfolds.
The trailer appears to show the reunion once again with Nanpo shouting, "We are farts," and along with the words "To all the lovable UNBOUND," it also shows a scene in which Tei tearfully tells Tsutaju, "You were the best... idiot in UNBOUND..." and Tsutaju, surrounded by everyone, dying (?) in the arms of his brother-in-law Jirobei (Nakamura Aoi).
