The official visual featuring Chou Ten-chan has also been released.
Kitani commented, "An untouched vacant lot that no one paid any attention to. An unrealistic disorder where we could shout and run wild as much as we wanted. A building was built in that place that was my, ours' own toy, and 'everyone' came, and through notifications and advertisements it became the same as reality. It was also announced that "film frame style clear bookmarks" will be distributed from March 14th as a special gift for second week attendees of the theatrical advance version of "NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE -OVERTURE-," which began screening on March 6th. Four types will be distributed at random.
A special program for the series will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels from midnight on March 21st. It will feature Rina Kawaguchi, who plays Chou Ten-chan and Purple Lollipop, Shiina Otsuki, who plays Gokubara Miketsuka, and Hoshi Nozomi, who plays Nechika-sama.

The anime will be produced by Yostar Pictures, the studio behind "Arknights" and "Blue Archive."
