Former yokozuna Wakanohana's Tononobu Hanada will appear on Kuroyanagi Tetsuko's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 p.m. on September 1st.
Both daughters dream of becoming professional golfers, and have been training hard since they were little. The older daughter passed the entrance exam to a strong sports school in Saitama this year, and the younger daughter is studying hard to get into the same school.
He has four children from a previous marriage, and maintains a good relationship with all of them, even holding dinner parties with them. He also talks about his feelings toward his father, Takanohana, who passed away at the young age of 55.
