The eighth episode of the drama series "Watashi no Takaramono" (Fuji TV, Thursdays at 10pm), starring actor Matsumoto Wakana, aired on December 5th. Makoto, played by Tsunematsu Yuri, said to Miu (Matsumoto), "I think you should never let go of Shiori-chan." On social media, questions were raised about the interaction between the two.

Makoto had previously confessed to Miu, "I told Hiroki (Tanaka Kei) that Miu was having an affair and I didn't know whose child Shiori was."
Even in such circumstances, when Miu was in trouble because she couldn't find someone to look after Shiori, she continued to be in contact with Makoto, entrusting Shiori to her, saying, "There's no one I can rely on but Makoto."
In episode 8, Miu revealed to Makoto that she and Hiroki need to discuss divorce, but they are not making much progress. She also revealed her own thoughts, saying, "I will accept the answer that Hiroki gives."
"Your feelings haven't changed. But I think you shouldn't let go of Shiori. Because, in order to protect Shiori, Miu..." advised Makoto. "If I were in Miu's position, I might do the same thing. It's something I definitely shouldn't do, but after hearing your story, I understand how you feel about your child," she continued, showing her support for Miu.
On social media, people were excited, saying things like, "Wait a second. You've been acting like a good friend who's been giving her advice since last time, but you're the one who got her into this situation in the first place, aren't you?", "I don't understand how Miu can meet and talk normally with the person who ruined her marriage", "It's scary that Miu and Makoto's friendship is still going strong.
