Hashimoto Kanna stars in the NHK morning drama series "Omusubi" (General TV, Monday to Saturday, 8am and others). Week 9, "What does it mean to support someone?", begins on November 25th.
Ayumu (Naka Riisa), who has not been seen for a while since leaving the Yoneda family, suddenly appears.
She is now a secondhand clothing buyer and has worked in various places overseas, but she has found out that her middle school friend Chanmika (Matsui Rena) is running a secondhand clothing store in Motomachi, and says she has come to Kobe to do a wholesale job there.
Ayumu visits the grave of his best friend Maki, who died in the earthquake, and there he meets Maki's father, Watanabe Takao (Ogata Naoto), but Takao tells him not to come here again.
"Omusubi" is a "Heisei youth graffiti" about a heroine born in 1989 who, with a "gal spirit" that values being true to herself at all times, connects people's hearts and futures as a nutritionist. It is an original work by screenwriter Nemoto Nonji, known for NHK's drama "Shojiki Real Estate," among others.
