The TV anime "Touring After the Apocalypse," based on the unique touring manga by Saito Sakae currently being serialized in "Dengeki Maoh" (KADOKAWA), will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other stations from October 4th. Two girls and a Serow off-road bike race around a ruined Japan. The destination of the first episode, "Hakone," is Hakone.
"Touring After the Apocalypse" depicts Yoko and Airi traveling tandem on an off-road Serow motorcycle through a deserted post-apocalyptic world. With no traffic jams and no traffic lights to stop at, they take photos of famous landscapes, camp in the middle of a city surrounded by nature, and race around a post-apocalyptic Japan.
The anime is directed by Yoshinobu Tokumoto and produced by Nexus, and stars Konomi Inagaki as Yoko and Miyu Tomita as Airi.
