Actor Nanoka Hara appeared on stage on July 4th to greet the audience on the opening day of the movie " Baban Baban Ban Vampire " (directed by Shinji Hamasaki), starring Ryo Yoshizawa . Hara revealed her wish, "I hope I can play the Word Wolf game with the cast of 'Baban'."
Hara, who is addicted to "Word Wolf," a game in which participants discuss specified words, said that during filming, "I invited Yoshizawa and Itagaki (Li Kwang-in) to join us." She recalled, "They were thinking too much, and they stopped talking altogether...An unbelievable amount of silence passed. Even though I was the one to invite them, things weren't going well at all, and I was panicking."
Mitsushima Shinnosuke, who has previously played the role of brother or sister with Hara, called out in his brotherly voice, "When that happens, just tell me! I'll come and liven things up!"
The film is based on the manga of the same name by Hiromasa Okushima, which is currently being serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Champion (Akita Shoten). The 450-year-old vampire Ranmaru Mori (Yoshizawa) works as a live-in part-timer at a public bathhouse while hiding his true identity. He seeks the ultimate tasting "blood of an 18-year-old virgin" and struggles to protect the chastity of the bathhouse's only son, Rihito Tatsuno(Itagaki).
Hara plays Shinozuka Aoi, Ri In's first love, a high school girl who becomes convinced that Ranmaru is a vampire and falls in love with him.
On this day, Yoshizawa, Itagaki, Sekiguchi Mandy, Gordon Maeda, and Director Hamasaki also appeared. TV Asahi announcer Tsumugi Mitani acted as the MC.
