It has been announced that the movie version of the 22nd installment of the popular anime "PreCure" series, "You and Idol Pretty Cure", "You and Idol Pretty Cure the Movie", will be released on September 12th. A newly drawn teaser visual and a special trailer have also been released.
As the copy on the visual reads, "A sparkling, live concert starts at movie theaters nationwide!", the Idol PreCure will hold a live concert on a scale unique to the movie version. In the center, Cure Idol, Cure Ink, and Cure Kyun Kyun are depicted striking poses with sparkling smiles on their faces as they turn to the fans. The Idol PreCure girls are projected onto the large screens of the enthusiastic live venue, and the fairies Purirun and Meloron can also be seen cheering with all their might, holding sparkling lights.
The teaser announced that "a sparkling stage that can only be seen in the movie" will be unfolding. Flyers that allow viewers to enjoy coloring the film will be distributed at theaters nationwide from May 1st.
The motif of "You and Idol Pretty Cure" is "idols," and the theme is "Because of you, I can shine and become stronger!". The legendary saviors, Idol Precure, sing, dance, and give "fan service" for "you," the people they love, the people they care about, the people who support them, the people next to them, and the people in front of them, and your presence makes Idol Precure shine brightly and strongly.
The show will feature Misato Matsuoka as Cure Idol/Sakura Uta, Minami Takahashi as Cure Ink/Soukaze Nana, and Natsumi Takamori as Cure Kyun Kyun/Shiu Kokoro. The show is broadcast every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. on ABC TV and TV Asahi.
