The 63rd episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Bakebake " (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM and others), starring Akari Takaishi , was broadcast on December 24th, and viewers were drawn to the words and actions of Nishikori Yuichi, played by Ryo Yoshizawa.
In episode 63, Toki (Takaishi) and Ginjiro (Kanichiro) reunite for the first time in four years. Meanwhile, Heaven (Tommy Bastow) invites Eliza (Charlotte Kate Fox) to the Hanada Inn. Heaven introduces Eliza to Tsuru (Nobue Ikeya) and Ume (Maru Nouchi) as a colleague. Eliza replies, "At least say you're an important person or a dear friend."
Just then, Nishikori arrives and says "Hello!", and Heaven greets him with joy. Nishikori has come to the inn to meet Ginjiro, a friend he had in Tokyo, but Ginjiro has already left.
When Heaven introduced Eliza to Nishikori, Nishikori replied, "I heard you're someone important to the teacher." Eliza responded, "I also heard your name in a letter from him (Heaven), so it doesn't feel like we're meeting for the first time," to which Nishikori smiled happily and said, "So you wrote about me in your letter."
In episode 55 (broadcast on December 12th), Nishikori asked Heaven what he meant to her. Nishikori was shocked by Heaven's response, "Of course... wonderful... common. Wonderful... lover." Since then, he has distanced himself from Heaven.
Nishikori looked so happy, and comments on social media included, "Nishikori is so cute, unable to hide his joy when he finds out he appears in Heaven-sensei's letter," "It's heartwarming to see Heaven-sensei Nishikori thaw," "Nishikori really loves Heaven-sensei," "He's in a better mood lol," "Nishikori looks so happy... He's switched from "I don't care about you" mode to completely lovey-dovey mode..." and "Nishikori and Heaven are best friends... forever."
