It has been announced that " Orb: On the Movements of the Earth (Chi: Chikyu no Undo ni Tsuite), " a stage adaptation of Uoto 's popular manga that was selected as the Manga Grand Prize winner of the 26th Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize and was also made into a TV anime, will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW in February 2026.
The musical was directed by Avshalom Pollack, known for the musical "The Cat Who Lived a Million Times," and written by Keishi Nagatsuka. The music was by Kaitaro Abe, and the choreography was by Ella Rothschild. The show began in October.
Actors Masataka Kubota plays the substitute fighter Oxy, and Mirai Moriyama plays the Inquisitor Novak. Other cast members include Toko Miura as Yolenta, Yusuke Yusuke Onuki as Dulaka, Sakura Kiryu Songha as Badeni.
It will be broadcast and streamed from 4:30 pm on February 21, 2026.
