A collaboration music video (MV) between Eiichiro Oda's popular manga "ONE PIECE" and the song "Kiseki" by "GRe4N BOYZ," a group that changed its name from "GReeeeN" last year, has been released on YouTube. The group has been announced as the new opening theme song for the TV anime "ONE PIECE," "Tenshi to Akuma," and a collaboration MV with the classic song "Kiseki" has been released. The video links famous scenes from the manga with the lyrics of "Kiseki."
It was also announced that the new opening theme song, "Angel and Devil," will be digitally released on April 6th. The cover art features Luffy in his 5th Gear, also known as "Nikalfy." The title was written by calligrapher Midori Nakatsuka.
On April 6th, the TV anime One Piece will move from its usual Sunday 9:30 am Fuji TV time slot, where it has been broadcast for about 18 years, to Sunday 11:15 pm, and will be broadcast nationwide. Starting at 9 pm on April 5th, the day before the time slot change, a special edition of One Piece: Egghead Arc will be broadcast on Fuji TV's Saturday Premium. The special edition of the first part of the Egghead Arc that has been broadcast so far, as well as episode 1123, the first episode of the second part, will be broadcast. The new opening theme song, Angel and Devil, will be debuted on Saturday Premium.
"ONE PIECE" depicts the adventures of Luffy, a young man with a straw hat whose limbs can stretch like rubber, as he and his companions set out on an adventure across the open seas in an attempt to become the King of the Pirates. The series began serialization in 1997 in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha).
