The fifth episode of the drama series "The Hot Spot" (NTV, Sunday 10:30 pm), starring actress Ichikawa Mikako, was broadcast on February 9th. In the episode, Yumi (Kaho), a colleague of Kiyomi (Ichikawa) who works at a business hotel, finds out Takahashi's (Kadota Akihiro) secret, and her reaction to it became a hot topic on social media.

In episode 5, the cameras of Nippon Television's variety show "Late Night from Monday" arrive in Kiyomi's town. Directors Kishimoto (Sosuke Ikematsu) and Matsuzaki (Oshiro Maeda) interview locals to gather personal news about people living at the foot of Mount Fuji. During the interview, Ayano's (Haruka Kinami) daughter Ritsuko (Haruna Hara) mentions the alien Takahashi, saying, "There was a man who was really fast." Kishimoto and Matsuzaki ignore it at first, but then the locals start reporting sightings of a man with superhuman physical abilities one after another.
Meanwhile, Yumi shows Kiyomi a bent 10-yen coin, saying, "I found something amazing." Yumi, who preaches the "Onodera-kun is an alien theory," believes that it was her colleague Onodera (Shunya Shiraishi) who did it. Meanwhile, Kishimoto and others, who were staying at the business hotel where Kiyomi and others work, decide to interview Yumi.
Yumi shows Kishimoto and the others the bent 10-yen coin and presents her theory that Onodera might be an alien. She also strongly argues that the fast-moving man wearing glasses that is the subject of rumors in town might be Onodera. Worried about causing trouble for Onodera while he is away, Kiyomi suggests to Takahashi that he tell Yumi and the manager, Okuda (Tanaka Naoki), that he is an alien... and so on.
In the story, Takahashi confesses to Okuda that he is an alien, and shows off his abilities by bending a 10 yen coin in front of him and jumping sideways at high speed. Okuda is surprised by Takahashi's abilities and believes he is an alien, but Yumi, who heard the story from Takahashi after Okuda, leaves the office and says "Thank you for your hard work" as if nothing had happened.
Kiyomi couldn't help but ask, "Did you hear the story...?" to which Yumi replied with a smile, "I was surprised. I didn't know you could do that," and then left the hotel. After Yumi left, Takahashi lamented that Yumi didn't believe he was an alien despite showing him his abilities, and when Kiyomi asked him, "What position does Takahashi hold in your mind?" he replied, "Just a middle-aged man with incredible physical abilities?"
Yumi's reaction caused a stir on social media, with comments such as, "I wasn't expecting Yumi-chan to not believe it!", "I guess he wasn't the alien Yumi-chan dreamed of," "Yumi-chan is the scariest," "Yumi-chan is scary," and "Yumi-chan's not an Earthling either," becoming a hot topic.
