It has been revealed that the first episode (broadcast on January 15th) of the Fuji TV Wednesday 10pm drama "Mondai Bukken" (Wednesdays at 10pm), starring actor Kamikawa Takaya, has been viewed over 2 million times on TVer (according to Video Research, measurement period: January 15th to 21st).
"Mondai Bukken " is a real estate mystery in which a clever, strong and extraordinarily eccentric hero (Kamikawa) and a kind-hearted heroine (Uchida Rio) brilliantly solve the mysteries of strange incidents that occur in real estate properties, such as suicides, poltergeists, disappearances and trash-filled homes.
The original story is " Mondai Bukken " and "The Room Where Angels Live" (both published by Kobunsha) by Takahiro Okura, the writer who wrote the screenplay for the animated film " Detective Conan: One million dollar guidepost " (2024). This will be the third collaboration between Okura and producer Satoko Kashikawa, following the dramas "Fukaya Keibutsu no Greeting" (2014) and "Keishicho Ikimono-ka" (2017). The script will be written by Yuko Matsuda, who worked on the drama series "Gokusen" and "Hanasaki Mai ga Damattenai" (both on Nippon TV), and the director will be Kamiya Kaede.
In the first episode, Emiko Wakamiya (Uchida), who has been assigned to a new department at Oshima Real Estate Sales, is called to a certain mansion and given her first job, to investigate the reality of a "room where you will surely die if you rent it." A mysterious man who calls himself a real estate investigator, Kotaro Inugashira (Kamikawa), appears there and begins to investigate the deeper truth...
