According to a survey conducted by Shogakukan's "JS Research Institute" questionnaire on "favorite characters," "future career aspirations," and "admired role models," published by the elementary school girls' magazine "Pucchigumi" (Shogakukan) and the girls' manga magazine "Ciao" (also published by Shogakukan), the characters from "Himitsu no AiPri," part of the "Pretty Series" which develops anime and games for elementary school girls, are popular among lower elementary school girls.
In the "Favorite Character" ranking for lower elementary school girls, Mitsuki from "Himitsu no AiPri" took first place. Tsumugi came in 6th, Himari 7th, and Ring Clover 8th, dominating the top 10. Cinnamoroll came in 2nd, and Sumikko Gurashi came in 3rd. For upper elementary school girls, Chiikawa came in first place.
The survey was conducted among 888 readers of the April/May issue of "Pucchigumi" and 1,000 readers of the April issue of "Ciao".
