It has been announced that "Everyday Host," a four-panel comedy manga depicting the daily life of the host industry, will be adapted into a TV anime. The three-minute short anime will be broadcast for two consecutive seasons on TV Tokyo and BS Nippon TV starting in April 2025. The cast members who will play the "unique hosts from another dimension" of the host club "Club One" have also been announced. Hiro Shimono will play the number one host and representative Koichi, Yashiro Taku will play former company employee Hajime, Tasuku Hatanaka will play the number two host Ryoichi, who is in debt to the tune of 200 million yen, and Nobuhiko Okamoto will play the number three host Senichi.
The film will be directed and scripted by Lareko, known for "Aggressive Retsuko" and "Soft Tank." It will be produced by Fanworks.
The work is a four-panel web manga by Goto Tomo that began serialization on pixiv, Niconico Seiga, and other platforms in 2020. Set in the homey host club "Club One" located a short distance from the glittering Shinjuku, the story depicts the outrageous daily lives of people in the host industry.
