Episode 1,172 of the TV anime " Detective Conan " (Yomiuri TV/Nippon TV, Saturdays at 6pm), based on the popular manga by Gosho Aoyama , entitled "The Reason I Became a Butler (Part 2)," will be broadcast on August 23rd.
Heiji and Kazuha are on a Shinkansen train heading to Tokyo. Momiji and Iori accompany them, but Iori, left alone, gets caught up in a murder that has taken place on the train. Momiji has been taken hostage, so Iori follows the perpetrator's instructions and tries to find the USB memory stick from the body. While thinking about the perpetrator knowing that Iori was a public security police officer, he remembers the day he met Momiji. Meanwhile, Heiji, sensing Iori's danger, contacts Conan and sets out to rescue Iori. The three try to deceive the perpetrator and solve the case.
" Detective Conan" is a popular manga serialized by Aoyama in the manga magazine "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan). It depicts elementary school detective Conan Edogawa solving difficult cases one after another.
