It has been announced that Mikami Satoshi will be appearing as a voice actor in the TV anime "Orb: On the Movements of the Earth (Chi: Chikyu no Undo ni Tsuite)", based on the manga by Uoto, which was also selected as the Manga Grand Prize of the 26th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize. Mikami will play Antoni, the son of a bishop who appears in episode 11, "Blood". Antoni has doubts about the current church policy and is hostile towards Novak, who is employed as an inquisitor. A cut from episode 11, "Blood", has also been released. Novak is put in charge of training a new inquisitor, and the new inquisitor is shocked to see Novak calmly torturing a female heretic. Simon, in particular, wonders if this is really the right way to do things. Meanwhile, Badeni reports to Yolenta that he has finally completed his heliocentric theory, and celebrates with Oxy. The series was serialized in "Weekly Big Comic Spirits" (Shogakukan) from 2020 to 2022. Set in 15th century Europe, it depicts people risking their lives to study the heretical theory of heliocentrism. The anime is produced by Madhouse, which also produced "Summer Wars." It is currently airing on NHK General TV every Saturday at 11:45 pm. There are 25 episodes in total.
