Drama "Shiawase na Kekkon" Episode 5 Synopsis

The fifth episode of the drama series " Shiawase na Kekkon " (TV Asahi, Thursdays 9pm), starring actor Sadao Abe , will be broadcast on August 14th.

Determined to face her past, Nerula Harada ( Takako Matsu) visits her father, Hiroshi (Yasunori Danta). She asks him if he murdered her fiancé, Yuto Nuse (Reo Tamaoki), 15 years ago. Hiroshi looks shocked and suddenly clutches his stomach in agony.

Nella calls her uncle Kou (Takashi Okabe) and her brother Leo (Rihito Itagaki), but neither of them answers. In a panic, Nella instinctively asks for help from detective Ryuji Kurokawa (Yosuke Sugino), who is standing in front of her house watching over her.

When Hiroshi's husband, Kotaro (Abe), arrives at the hospital where he was taken after receiving a call from Nerla, he is surprised to see Kurokawa in his hospital room. Why did he ask for help from Kurokawa, who has been persistently snooping around in the investigation, instead of him? Feelings similar to jealousy well up inside him, and his heart is in a tizzy.

When I returned home feeling uneasy, Nella told me, "I lied to the police about one thing during the questioning after the incident," revealing a secret that only she and her father knew. Then Hiroshi finally spoke up...!

The script is by Shizuka Oishi. Kotaro, a bachelor, is attracted to Nella, a mysterious high school art teacher, and they suddenly marry, but Nella has a serious secret. Although it is a family drama, it is billed as a "marriage suspense" that questions the love between husband and wife.
