He will be a key person who holds the fate of the love between the protagonist Tomoya Kurosawa (Fuma Kikuchi) and the heroine Aoi Morita (Rinka Kumagaya).
The drama is a live-action adaptation of the manga of the same name (Cream Puff) by ma2, which won the grand prize in the adult romance category of the "2nd Everyone's Favorite Romance Manga Awards" (2023), and is an office love story between six men and women. Mokoshiro will play Mizuki Itami, a first-year employee of the company and subordinate to Kurosawa, the section manager of the first sales department. Mokuyo said that she had admired the star Kikuchi since she was a child, and commented, "I was happy to be able to act with Kikuchi Fuma, who I've admired since watching him on TV. The leader of the troupe, Fuma, is the epitome of 'fun' and makes jokes, so it's fun to respond to them. It's a wonderful set where laughter never stops."
Before filming began, she and her idol Kikuchi went to a sauna together. "While I was sitting in a chair getting ready, Fuma glanced at me and said, 'This sauna is amazing, isn't it?'
