The main visual for the drama series "Tamiou R" (TV Asahi, Tuesdays at 9pm), starring actor Endo Kenichi, which will start on October 22nd, has been released. The visual is based on the story of the main character, Prime Minister Muto Taizan (Endo), switching bodies with a citizen, and the citizens standing behind the main cast all have Taizan's face, creating a surreal finish.

The drama is a sequel to "Tamiou" which aired in July 2015. The previous series, which was adapted from the novel of the same name by Ikeido Jun, became a hot topic for its fantastic story of Prime Minister Taizan and his foolish son (Suda Masaki) switching bodies in mind and body. In this sequel, which comes about nine years later, Muto is once again approached by the Prime Minister and switches bodies with a citizen in every episode. The first episode on the 22nd will be an extended special.

It was also announced that the theme song for the drama will be "Kotchi Mite Hoi" sung by singer-songwriter asmi. Asmi, 23, is known as the "voice most used on social media" because her singing voice can often be heard on social media such as TikTok. Although she has previously worked on anime theme songs, this will be her first time performing a theme song for a TV drama.

Asmi commented, "I couldn't be happier that my first time performing a theme song for a TV drama is for 'Tamiou R'! The catchy melody makes your body naturally start dancing, and I sang it with the screams and passion of my heart. I'm really looking forward to watching it air!"

Endo said about Asmi's song, "It's cute and speedy, so I thought it was perfect for 'Tamiou R'. No matter what happens, it has the momentum to fly straight to the next thing, and I think it will be a tailwind for the series. I hope you enjoy the theme song too!!"
