The late professional wrestler Antonio Inoki has been appointed as the campaign character for three dirt grade races (Jpn II Ladies Prelude, Jpn I Japan Dirt Classic, and Jpn II Tokyo Hai) to be held at Tokyo City Keiba over three days from October 1st to 3rd. The catchphrase, "Let's go! 1, 2, 3 dirt!" has also been created, which is a reference to Antonio Inoki's catchphrase, "1, 2, 3 dirt!".

A lottery will be held at Oi Racecourse (Shinagawa, Tokyo) from October 1st to 3rd in connection with the campaign, and anyone who purchases a betting ticket worth 500 yen or more can enter. Prizes include original stickers, red muffler towels, red handkerchiefs, and Tokyo-produced black wagyu beef "Tokyo Beef".

A special talk show will also be held at Oi Racecourse from around 7pm on October 1st (after the 9th race has been decided). Antonio Inoki impersonators Antoki no Inoki and Antonio Ko-Inoki will appear and talk about anecdotes related to Inoki, whose death marks exactly three years ago.

In addition, Tokyo City Keiba's official X (formerly Twitter) will be running a giveaway campaign starting from September 24th, where 20 people will win original red towel scarves, Tokyo beef and more. Details such as how to enter can be found on the campaign's special website.
