To commemorate the 5th anniversary of the music unit "YOASOBI", it has been announced that WOWOW will broadcast and stream a special program consisting of live footage selected from two live streams without an audience held in 2021 and an interview with the group on October 13th, along with the MV collection "YOASOBI Music Video Collection" that looks back on the past 5 years of YOASOBI. In addition, it has been decided that a special program including the latest performance at Tokyo Dome (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) will be organized from November to December, and a special program will be broadcast and streamed for three consecutive months.

In May of this year, YOASOBI's debut song "Racing into the Night" became the first in history to surpass 1.1 billion cumulative streams on the Billboard JAPAN chart, and has recorded a total of over 10 billion streams worldwide. At the time of their debut in December 2019, their activities were centered on digital releases and streaming, but now their activities are expanding from Japan to Asia and even the world. In August of this year, they performed live at Radio City Music Hall in New York, which is also known as the venue for the Tony Awards, the highest honor in the theater and musical world.

The "YOASOBI Music Video Collection" is a collection of artistic video works with a story-filled music video that follows the worldview of the original novel, with the concept of "a unit that turns novels into music." It will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand from 9:00 PM on October 13th.

In addition, from 10:45 PM on October 13th, titled "YOASOBI Live Selection," a special program will be broadcasted with carefully selected footage from live streams without an audience, which were held in February 2021 from the construction site of the former Shinjuku Milanoza building in Tokyo, and in July of the same year from the company's office as a collaboration project with an apparel company. This special program, which includes an interview with the band itself, will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand. This was YOASOBI's first live stream from the former Shinjuku Milanoza building.

In November, they will broadcast and stream the concert held at Nippon Budokan on December 4, 2021, titled "YOASOBI "NICE TO MEET YOU", and the concert held at Saitama Super Arena (Chuo-ku, Saitama City) on June 3, 2023, titled "YOASOBI ARENA TOUR 2023 "Lightning Speed"".
