The new TV commercial for the Japan Housing Finance Agency's "Flat 35" featuring actress Mai Shiraishi, titled "No need to worry about rising interest rates now," was released on November 20th. It will air from the 24th.
The new commercial features Shiraishi presenting the appeal of fixed interest rates for the entire term, saying, "With Flat 35, you never have to worry about interest rates rising after you borrow!"
A making-of video was also released.
