A digitally remastered version of "Trick vs. Magic (Part 1)," the first episode of the popular TV anime " Detective Conan " (Yomiuri TV/Nippon TV network), based on the manga by Gosho Aoyama , will be broadcast on May 16th at 6 PM. This is a digitally remastered version of the episode that originally aired in August 2006.
Conan and Ran visit Beika Hall with Kogoro, who has been summoned by the magician Fuyuki Genyo. Fuyuki asks them to find out who among his troupe members is trying to kill him. The members are assistants Uehara Misa and Nakagawa Chiaki, videographer Ishida Kazuma, director Shoji Shingo, and crane operator Hasegawa Minoru. According to Fuyuki, all four except Ishida have a motive. The show seemed to be going smoothly, but Fuyuki sends a pre-arranged emergency signal.
" Detective Conan" is a popular manga series by Aoyama, serialized in the manga magazine "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan). It depicts the adventures of elementary school detective Conan Edogawa as he solves one difficult case after another.
