"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" is a website where anime buyer Sho Higuchi from Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its extensive selection of anime songs, shares best-selling anime songs and real-life opinions from the sales floor. The number one song at the store from February 23rd to March 1st was "Make it," the third single by voice actress and singer Nonoka Obuchi.

The title track of the number one-selling "Make it" is the ending theme for the TV anime "The Easygoing Lord's Fun Territory Defense," which began airing in January. The single also includes "SweetRoom823," the theme song for the TV drama "The Vice President's Main Job," in which Obuchi plays his first leading role.
Coming in second place is the ninth vocal album in the series for the smartphone music game app "World Dye Star Dream Stellarium (Yumeste)," titled "Game App 'World Dye Star Dream Stellarium' Vocal Album Vol.9 'Like the Shine of Sirius Act-3'." The album primarily features songs sung by members of the Sirius theater troupe, including a duet version of the song "World's Dye Star" sung by all members, featuring Otori Kokona (Manaka Iwami) and Shizuka (played by Ikumi Hasegawa ).
In third place was "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION BATTLE OF THE@TER 05 Texting you," which includes music from an in-game event in the popular game "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE! THEATER DAYS (Mirishita)," and in fourth place was "Ai," the first full album by Kanae, a member of the VTuber project "Nijisanji."
Coming in at 7th place is "0401 - The Best Days of Kasane Teto 2026," a compilation album of hit songs by virtual singer Kasane Teto. Coming in at 8th place is "TIMELESS POWER feat. MOTSU/Horizon," the opening theme (OP) for the third season of the TV anime " MF Ghost ," sung by voice actress and singer Yu Serizawa Yu. Following the openings for the first and second seasons, "TIMELESS POWER feat. MOTSU" was also produced in collaboration with MOTSU. "Horizon" was produced in collaboration with Tokunaga Akito, who continues to work on numerous classic songs.
Coming in at number 10 is "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE! SPECIAL SOLO RECORDS Hakozaki Serika," part of the "SPECIAL SOLO RECORDS" project, which releases 52 solo collection CDs of all 52 idols from the popular game "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE!" over 52 consecutive weeks.

He first became interested in anime through 1990s works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "BLUE SEED," and "VS Knight Ramune & 40 Flames," and among anime songs, he loves listening to character songs, especially songs related to idol anime. His favorite anthem is "Up! 10sion Pleeeeeeeeease!" from "The Idolmaster Million Live!" His favorite anime and games include "Pretty Rhythm," "The Idolmaster," "Photo Kano," and "Sakura Wars."
