The popular segment "Gourmet Chicken Race Gochi ni Narimasu! (Gochi Battle)" will be featured in the two-hour special of the variety show "Guruguru Ninety-Nine (Gurunai)" (Nippon TV), which will be broadcast from 7 pm on February 5th. Kana Kurashina, who has joined the Gochi new member, will appear in school uniform for the first time.
Kurashina was dressed in a uniform consisting of a dark blue blazer and pleated skirt, a refreshing blue shirt, and a classic regimental tie, causing a stir among the Gochi members.
Regarding her own uniform appearance, she commented, "It's been a while since I last wore a uniform, so it feels fresh! I went for a British style. I aimed for a cute yet cool, classic, masculine uniform."
Regarding food reviews, she said, "I'm not very confident (laughs)," but added, "It's very stressful having to describe the taste while eating and guess the price at the same time... I'll do my best to get the message across to the viewers, even if just a little."
Addressing the viewers, she said, "I never thought I'd be able to appear on 'Gochisou', which I used to watch, so first of all I'm looking forward to it, and I hope the viewers enjoy it too. I don't have much experience as a regular on variety shows, so I'd be happy if everyone would pay attention to how my character changes over the course of the year on 'Gochisou'. There will probably be moments when you get a glimpse of my true self, but I'll do my best to make sure everyone enjoys it and doesn't dislike me!"
