Suspecting that Souta (Amano Yu) is his child, Masaki (Shiono Akihisa) questions Mirai (Shida). Although Mirai denies it, he can't help but be curious, visiting Souta's nursery school to see how he is doing. Behind this lies a "one night" that happened five years ago...
Mirai is struggling to cope with life as a new mother and finds herself overwhelmed. Meanwhile, Makoto (Hyodo Kokai), who is playing the role of the groom in a kimono shop's bridal gown advertisement, asks her to model for the bride, and she decides to give it a try.

Based on the popular manga "My Future Son: A Son Came Down From Heaven!" written by Kumiko Aso and illustrated by Hajime Kuromugi, the story follows a woman who is half-hearted in love, work, and dreams, and suddenly becomes a mother. Through raising a child, she learns about living with others and supporting each other, and begins to live life anew.
